Upon arriving at the retreat, attendees are welcomed with a meet and greet with fellow attendees. The group then enjoyed a leisurely walk around Albert Park Lake, where the serene views and vibrant city skyline create a beautiful backdrop for conversation.
Before lunch, we will take part in an enjoyable and interactive group fitness session at Albert Park Lake. This session offers a mixture of exercises designed to encourage teamwork and support among participants. It is tailored to accommodate all experience and fitness levels, celebrating strength, friendship, and shared goals.
Participants will take part in an introductory session focused on setting goals and intentions. This activity promotes self-reflection on personal aspirations, enabling attendees to clearly express their goals, pinpoint actionable steps, and harness their intentions to bring their dreams to life following the weekend retreat.
Ending our first day with a transformative sound healing and breathe-work session. This practice merges traditional Nepalese singing bowls with guided breathe-work, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. The soothing sounds facilitate mindfulness, helping to alleviate stress and enhance balance and rejuvenation.
We're kicking off our Sunday with a group bus trip to enjoy a refreshing nature walk along the stunning Torquay Peninsula. This tranquil adventure provides an ideal chance to step away from the chaos of everyday life and connect with nature as we explore vibrant landscapes and awe-inspiring coastal views.
After our walk, we will venture to the beach for a delightful picnic lunch, followed by an stand-up paddleboarding session. The retreat wraps up with a meaningful debrief, allowing attendees to share their stories and insights, ultimately leaving them feeling refreshed and inspired by the experience.
On the first day, travel from Albert Park to the afternoon sessions in South Melbourne is not included. However, carpooling options will be available if needed.
On Day Two, transportation to and from Torquay is included. The pick-up and drop-off location will be at HUSTLE Gym in South Melbourne.
